Delivery times:
All jewelry will be shipped within 2 to 6 business days once the purchase is made.
Delivery is counted from the moment the shipment is made. You can arrive in Bogota the same day and it can take 48 hours and to other cities it can take up to 5 days depending on the city.
Jewelry care:
Pieces only in silver:
Silver can stain if you apply alcohol-based products such as perfumes to it, or it can dull over time, but this can be cleaned with warm water and baking soda.
Gold Plated Pieces:
Gold-plated jewelry should not be put in swimming pools, perfumes and other alcohol-based products should not be applied on them, and should be kept alone, not with other pieces of jewelry. Remember that gold plating is a thin film of gold that is applied to silver and can scratch or fall off if the aforementioned care is not taken.
Pieces with resin:
The resin is very resistant. You can bathe with these pieces in the sea and in the pool.
Pieces with cold enamel:
Enamel can be scratched so it is recommended to take the same care as with gold-plated pieces
Pieces with clay:
The clay used by Pi.pao is more resistant than the traditional one, but if force is applied it can break, so it is recommended to be careful.
Shipping costs:
Shipping to Bogota is free.
To other cities the cost of shipping is confirmed when the purchase is made.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
Manufacturing damage
incomplete orders
error in sizes or colors.
In these cases, the jewel must be sent with payment on arrival.
Returns for damage caused to jewelry by the buyer are not allowed
Money is refunded once the jewel arrives
Changes:
Exchanges of all collectibles are accepted only due to shipping or manufacturing errors.
